First off I would just like to say that I hate automated phone messages. I wish I could just talk to a real person and not a machines! I had made an appointment that I needed to change and when I called to change it...you guessed it, it was a stupid machine. I proceeded to go through the prompts and say my name and give the info. I thought i was doing pretty good until it asked me for my confirmation number which I might add was this long mix of numbers and letters. So I proceeded to say my number and this is the gist of what got said
me:12345
machine: did you say y234?
me: no 1234
machine: I'm sorry I did not understand you. Did you say y234?
me: no 1 not y
machine: Did you say y234?
me:noooo
and think i went through this about 10 times i even tried Spanish but no luck I was not getting anywhere and I was mad at this point, finally the automated thing said I'm sorry I did not understand you let me transfer you to someone else...Finally! Now tell me why it took that long to get transferred to a real person? Don't you think it should have done that on at least the third time. Ridiculous!
