“Mothers, cherish that role that is so uniquely yours and for which heaven itself sends angels to watch over you and your little ones. Yours is the work of salvation, and therefore you will be magnified, compensated, made more than you are, better than you are, better than you’ve ever been.

He is blessing you & He will bless you. Rely on Him, rely on Him heavily. Rely on Him forever. And press forward with a steadfastness in Christ, having a perfect brightness of hope.”

Happy Baptism Day!

Happy Baptism Day to me! Monday December 1 was my six year mark in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I can't believe how fast it has gone and how different my life is. I have truly been blessed beyond anything I could have ever imagined. December 1, 2002 my life changed forever as I entered into the waters of baptism. June of 2005 I left to serve a full time 18 month mission for the church in Idaho, Pocatello (the best mission in the world). Shortly after returning I became engaged to the most wonderful man and was able to be sealed for time and all eternity to him in the Orlando temple on May 4, 2007. Were now expecting our first Child in a few weeks and I can't wait to welcome him into our family. I want to share with you all my testimony that God lives and his son Jesus Christ will come again to rule and reign on this earth. Our elder brother has atoned for the sins of the world, for you and for me. He has made it possible for us to return to live with Heavenly Father again and for that I can't even begin to express my gratitude. I know Joseph Smith is a prophet of God and that he truly saw God the father and his son Jesus Christ, that they did appear to him in that grove and that the gospel of Jesus Christ has once again been established here on the earth and that his kingdom is truly rolling forth. The book of Mormon is another witness of Jesus Christ and his dealings with the people in the Americas; that book has brought a mighty change into my heart and into my life. Especially when I first prayed about it and as I continue to pray about it, the holy ghost testifies to me of its truthfulness each and every time. I'm grateful for the knowledge I have that families can be eternal and that the bands of death will not keep me from them and that we will be linked together all the way back to are forefathers. In the name of Jesus Christ amen.
